Joint affidavit has been filed by the parties namely appellant and respondent who have entered into wedlock.
The parties are sitting together. The wife will withdraw her case filed under Section 125 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 and other litigations. Both these appeals are also permitted to be withdrawn. Parties to act as per the compromise. We are happy that they have buried their disputes and are living together for the welfare of children.
We are thankful to Sri Manoj Kumar Tiwari, learned counsel for the appellant and Sri Ajay Kuam Pandey, learned counsel for the respondent to see that the parties have settled their dispute amicably.
The Court below shall permit the parties to withdraw all the litigations, if yet not withdrawn.
With aforesaid observation, these appeals are disposed of as withdrawn.
