JUDGMENT / ORDER

1. The petition is circulated in view of note dated 9th July 2012 filed by the learned Advocate for the petitioner on the ground that the petitioner desires to withdraw the petition.
2. Today, Ms. Vinayak, learned Advocate for Thakkar Associates has appeared and tendered a copy of letter dated 3rd July 2012. She has submitted that the said letter has been received by her office and it is signed by the authorized representative of the petitioner and she has identified the signature of the authorized representative of the petitioner. She has submitted that the petitioner desires to withdraw the petition. She, therefore, requested for permission to withdraw the petition. She also requested that the communication dated 3rd July 2012 may be retained on record.
3. The learned counsel for respondent has no objection if the request as prayed for is granted.
4. Therefore, the petition is permitted to be withdrawn. Accordingly, the petition stands disposed of as withdrawn. Rule is discharged. Interim relief, if any, stands vacated forthwith.
