JUDGMENT / ORDER

1. As per earlier order dated 7.12.2012 Mr. N.K. Thakkar, learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners has tendered fresh address of respondent no.1. Fresh notice to respondent no.1 on the new address which is tendered today in the Court returnable on 16.01.2013.
2. It is further provided that while passing the order dated 07.12.2012, Ad-interim relief which was granted earlier vide order dated 18.10.2012 in terms of paragraph 8(B) to continue till then.
