2. Learned advocate for the petitioner stated at the Bar that the Custodian has already been appointed.
3. In view of the above statement, this Court is of the view that it will not be appropriate to entertain the present petition at this stage. However, it is observed that for rest of the grievances, it is hoped that if any representation is made by the petitioners to the Custodian, the Custodian will consider the same and will take appropriate steps in accordance with law.
4. With the above observations and directions, the present petition stands disposed of. Notice is discharged. It is clarified that this Court has not expressed any opinion on merits of this case.
