The instant application has been filed for a direction upon the court concerned to decide the Suit No. 267 of 2007 within a stipulated period.
From the order sheet of the case, it appears that the parties have not appeared on last few dates and therefore notices have been issued. As to what was the reason, for non appearance of the parties, is not ascertainable from the order sheet.
This petition is therefore disposed off by giving liberty to the petitioner to appear before the court concerned and move an application for expeditious disposal of the proceedings, if there is no legal impediment in proceeding further with the matter.
