Case is called in the revised list. No one appears for the petitioner to press this writ petition.
The writ petition has been filed against the order of Chief Regional Manager dated 18.3.2015 by which the application of the petitioner for compassionate appointment has been rejected. In the impugned order it was found that father of the petitioner died in harness on 16.11.2005 while the scheme of compassionate appointment was closed on 1.6.2002 as such no compassionate appointment can be made.
In view of the fact, the writ petition has no merit and it is dismissed.
