2. This Public Interest Litigation has been filed seeking following prayers : -
"(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents to construct incomplete Panchayat Bhawan of Gram Sabha Noorpur, Block- Sikandarabad, District Bulandshahar.
(ii) Issue any other writ, order or direction, which this Hon'ble Court may deem, just and proper in the circumstances of the case.
(iii) Issue the award cost of this petition of the petitioner"
3. Grievance of petitioner for aforesaid reliefs can be appropriately considered by respondent 2 at the first instance, who is competent enough to take care of such matters.
4. Dismissed on the ground of alternative remedy.
