Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
The prayer made in the instant petition is for issuance of a direction to the trial court to decide the Original Suit No. 441 of 2015 expeditiously within a specified time frame.
The suit in question has been instituted by the petitioner against the defendants-respondents.
A perusal of the order-sheet reveals that the matter is being posted for recording of evidence of PW-1.
Having regard to the fact that the suit is pending since the year 2015, the instant petition is disposed of with direction to the trial court to make serious endeavour to decide the suit expeditiously by fixing short dates and without granting unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties provided there is no legal impediment.
