JUDGMENT / ORDER

Hon'ble Yogendra Kumar Sangal,J.
An affidavit has filed on behalf of D.I.G., Lucknow is taken on record.
It has been stated that petitioner Mukesh Kumar Srivastava was arrested in case Crime No. 140/2010 under Section 399/402/307 Indian Penal Code and also in case Crime No. 143/2010 under Section 4/25 Arms Act and 41/412 Indian Penal Code and thereafter sent in jail under judicial custody in district Lucknow.
Keeping in view the statement and affidavit filed by D.I.G. and without prejudice to the right available under the law no further proceedings is required in the matter. Writ petition is dismissed.
