1. Heard learned counsel for petitioner and perused the record.
2. This is a thoroughly misconceived and ill-advised writ petition and learned counsel for petitioner could not assist the Court at all.
3. Petitioner is seeking a writ of mandamus commanding respondent no. 3 to permit petitioner to operate his Saving Bank No. 4300 which has been ceased by investigating officer under the provisions of Code of Criminal Procedure. The said order has not been withdrawn by Competent Authority till date.
4. The writ petition, therefore, lacks merit. Dismissed accordingly.
