Leave to amend the array of parties allowed. Necessary amendment to be carried out forthwith.
This is a writ petition by the erstwhile Home Guard against his removal from service.
It is to be noted that the services of Home Guards are voluntary services and on honorarium basis.
It is submitted that the petitioner was falsely implicated and an F.I.R. has been lodged and on this ground he has been removed from service.
Since the petitioner has been engaged on honorarium basis as a voluntary service, in case of any grievance the petitioner may make a representation to Regional Commandant, Home Guard, Agra who shall consider the same and pass appropriate order in accordance with law.
With the aforesaid observation/direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
It is made clear that the Court has not considered the claim and contention of the petitioner on merit.
