After some arguments, only prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioner is to decide the objection/Stay Vacation application filed by the petitioner in Revision No.580 of 2020 (Ranveer Kumar Kapoor Vs. Rakesh Kumar Garg and another). Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the record. In view of the order proposed to be passed, notices need not go to the respondent.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the issue, the present petition stands disposed of finally with a direction to the Civil Judge, Senior Division, Saharanpur to consider and decide the aforesaid objection/Stay Vacation Application in accordance with law expeditiously and preferably with a period of four months from the date of production of a self attested computer generated copy of this order downloaded from the official website of High Court Allahabad but certainly after giving opportunity to the parties concerned and without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties, if there is no legal impediment.
