JUDGMENT / ORDER

Court No. - 34
Case :- CRIMINAL MISC. BAIL APPLICATION No. - 18140 of 2013 Applicant :- Mukesh Kumar Chaubey Opposite Party :- State Of U.P.
Counsel for Applicant :- Birendra Singh Counsel for Opposite Party :- Govt. Advocate
Hon'ble Sudhir Agarwal,J.
1. Called in revise. None appeared on behalf of applicant.
Learned A.G.A. is present for State. However, I myself have perused the record.
2. From the perusal of record, I find that vide order dated 01.04.2014 whereby this Court directed Trial Court to conclude trial at the earliest and if possible within a year since charge was framed on 05.02.2012 and applicant was also granted interim bail for a period of six months.
3. It appears that Trial Court might have concluded trial and that's why none is present to press it, therefore, by efflux of time, this application has rendered infructuous.
4. Dismissed accordingly.
Order Date :- 29.1.2019 Siddhant Sahu
