Heard learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Vikas Sahai, the learned A.G.A. for the State as well as Sri Sumit Jaiswal, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Informant and perused the record.
The present application for grant of anticipatory bail has been filed by the applicant in case crime No.535 of 2019, under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 506 I.P.C., Police Station Nawabad, District- Jhansi.
The Court finds itself unable to countenance the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the applicant bearing in mind an abject failure on the part of the applicant to establish any vestige of ownership which Mahendra Yadav claims over the property in question. In that view of the matter, the prayer so made is refused.
Consequently, the application is rejected.
