Heard Sri Preetpal Singh Rathore, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Amrit Lal Yadav, learned counsel for the respondents.
The recovery has been issued for a sum of Rs. 1,36,924/- by the respondent no.3. The petitioner accepts the entire liability and he is ready to pay provided in some instalments fixed by this Court for recovery of UPFC. The instalments, if any, can be fixed by the authority concerned, this Court will not step into the shoes of lending authority.
In case, the petitioner makes the representation, as he accepts the entire amount before the respondent no. 3 with regard to the payment of dues in instalments, respondent no.3 may consider the claim of the petitioner and pass appropriate order in accordance with law as far as possible within a period of one month from the date of production of certified copy of this order. The amount already deposited shall be adjusted.
With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition is finally disposed of.
