Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record.
This is an application for correction in the order dated 21.3.2018.
Perusal of chargesheet reveals that the name of the applicant is Munkad and the same has been wrongly described as Mukad, and thus, the case has wrongly been registered in the name of Mukad.
Learned counsel for the applicant is permitted to correct the name of the applicant in the array of parties, during the course of the day.
The correction application is allowed.
Office to issue a fresh corrected certified copy of the order to learned counsel for the applicant.
