Present petition has been filed with the following prayer:-
"a- writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the concerned court for expeditious disposal of Case No. 47 of 2017 (Mukabbir Ali @ Fotu Vs. Fariyad) pending before Civil Judge (Junior Division), Garh Mukteshwar, Hapur."
Learned standing counsel has no objection to the prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner.
