At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he be permitted to withdraw the present application with liberty to file a fresh, as the order dated 9.3.2016, passed by the Judicial Magistrate could not be challenged inadvertently.
Prayer made is allowed.
The application is, accordingly, dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file a fresh.
Certified copy of the impugned order may be returned to the learned counsel for the petitioners after obtaining photo copy of the same to be kept on record.
