JUDGMENT / ORDER

In pursuance of the order dated 16.12.2014, detenu Kaifiya is present in Court. Due to paucity of time, I am unable to hear this case. Accordingly, I direct that detenu Kaifiya shall again appear on 6.1.2015 before the Court.
The Superintendent, Nari Niketan, Lucknow shall make necessary arrangements for her appearance.
Registrar of this Court shall send a copy of this order to the Superintendent, Nari Niketan, Lucknow, for compliance.
