Heard Shri V.P. Srivastava, learned Senior Advocate assisted by Shri Vineet Vikram, Advocate, learned A.G.A. and Shri Ashish Shukla, learned counsel for the respondent no.4.
This writ petition has been filed with the prayer to quash the First Information Report dated 10.09.2021 in Case Crime no.310 of 2021 under Section 354(Ka), 354(Gha), 504, 506 IPC and Section 7/8 POCSO Act, PS Cantt., District Prayagraj. Further prayer is made not to arrest the petitioner in the aforesaid case.
After the arguments were heard at some length, Shri V.P. Srivastava, learned Senior Advocate states that the petitioner wants to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to apply for anticipatory bail/ bail.
Learned counsel for the respondents has no objection to the aforesaid request of the petitioner.
In view of the aforesaid, the writ petition is dismissed as not pressed with liberty to the petitioner to avail the remedy as available in law.
The party shall file computer generated copy of such order downloaded from the official website of High Court Allahabad, self attested by the petitioner alongwith a self attested identity proof of the said person (preferably Aadhar Card) mentioning the mobile number to which the said Aadhar Card is linked.
The concerned Court/Authority/Official shall verify the authenticity of such computerized copy of the order from the official website of High Court Allahabad and shall make a declaration of such verification in writing.
