THIS CRIMINAL PETITION COMING ON FOR ORDERS, THIS DAY THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING:-
ORDER Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned HCGP for the respondent.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petition may be dismissed as withdrawn and a direction may be given to the Sessions Court to expedite the trial.
3. As per the submission at the bar, though charge is framed and trial is yet to commence, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn. The trial court is directed to expedite and conclude the trial as early as possible at any rate within six months from the date of communication of this order. Further, liberty is reserved to the petitioner to move fresh bail petition after material witnesses are examined.
Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to communicate this order to the concerned court.
