"Your Lordships may be pleased to release the applicant on bail, by suspending the execution, operation and implementation of the Judgment and Order of conviction passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Fast Track Court No. 4, Vadodara in Sessions Case No. 41/2006 dated 18.1.2010 qua conviction, on appropriate terms and conditions."
After the matter is heard for some time, learned advocate seeks permission to withdraw this application with a view to file the application for the same relief after some time. Permission is granted. This application is disposed of as withdrawn.
