----------------------- Petitioners have submitted Exts.P5 and P6 applications in terms of Surveys and Boundaries Act in Form-10. It seems that pursuant to the above, notices were issued by the 1st respondent to the petitioners to identify and demarcate the properties. However, it seems that no action has been taken pursuant to Ext.P7 and P8. Hence the petitioner has approached this Court.
2. In view of the above, there shall be a direction to the 1st respondent to conclude the proceedings on Exts.P7 and P8 within a period of two months after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioners.
The writ petition is disposed of as above.
