Petition filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. 2. According to the petitioners, they are apprehending arrest in connection with C.C.No.33 of 2008 on the file of the Judicial First Class Magistrate’s Court-V, Kozhikode. It has come out that non-bailable warrant is pending against the petitioners in the said case. It is for the petitioners to surrender before the court below and seek bail.
With the said observation, this bail application is dismissed.
