JUDGMENT / ORDER

The prayer of the petitioner is that, though he has purchased a vehicle bearing Registration No.KL 46-200 from the 3rd respondent, the vehicle has not been transferred to his name despite submitting an application for the purpose.
2. According to the learned Government Pleader, his instructions are that, no application has been submitted by the petitioner for transfer of ownership of the vehicle, as alleged. However, one Mr.Abu Tahir has submitted an application for transfer of the vehicle to his name.
Since no application has been submitted by the petitioner for transfer of the vehicle to his name, I am not satisfied that the petitioner is entitled to any of the reliefs sought for in this writ petition. Therefore this writ petition is dismissed. The dismissal of this writ petition shall not preclude the petitioner from submitting a fresh application, if he is entitled to do so.
