Antony Dominic, J. Petitioner alleges that he is in love with Ms.Fathima, who is aged 18 years old and that she is being kept under illegal detention of respondents 3 to 5, who are her mother and uncles respectively.
2. First of all, apart from making the allegation about the alleged relationship between the two, nothing has been produced before this Court to substantiate the same. Even otherwise, the custody of the daughter by her mother or uncles cannot, without anything more, be said as a case of illegal detention, justifying the entertainment of a writ petition with a prayer for a writ of habeas corpus. We are not satisfied that the petitioner has made out a case for interference.
Writ petition is dismissed.
