The petitioner, the owner of stage carriage No. KL-10-R-6030 applied for temporary permit on the route Manjeri - Tirur - Changuvetti. The petitioner has approached this Court with a prayer to direct the respondent to grant and issue temporary permit to the petitioner's stage carriage No.KL-10-R-6030 on the route Manjeri - Tirur - Changuvetti.
2. In the above circumstances, there will be a direction to the 2nd respondent to grant and issue a temporary permit, when the regular permit is pending consideration, of four months duration within one week from the date of production of a copy of this judgment by passing appropriate orders on Ext.P2. Needless to say, such W.P.(C) No.32439 of 2014 - D 2 issuance of temporary permit will be subject to the preferential claim if any.
The writ petition is disposed of.
