Learned standing counsel appearing for the 2nd respondent submitted that pursuant to the interim order dated 30.5.2012, fresh application submitted by the petitioner seeking disbursement of the educational loan was considered and sanctioned by the Bank. In view of such developments the issue agitated no more survives for consideration, is the submission. The above submission is recorded and the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
