Pursuant to the direction of this Court parties were referred to mediation. Mediator's report is placed before this Court. In view of the report the matter has been settled. The agreement is produced along with the mediator's report. The agreement is recorded. This agreement is form part of the judgment. The parties are bound to act upon the terms of the agreement. This agreement will supersede the order passed by the Maintenance Tribunal and this agreement will be executable as the same is passed by the Maintenance Tribunal.

This writ petition is disposed of in terms of the above agreement.
