Petitioner has submitted Ext. P6 complaint to the 1st respondent alleging manhandling by respondents 3 and 4, who are police officers attached to the Ernakulam Town North Police Station. The complaint of the petitioner is that despite submitting the said complaint as early as on 13.12.2013, so far, no action had been taken in the matter and he is not informed about the proceedings with reference to the said complaint. 2. Having regard to the above submissions and having heard the learned Government Pleader, I am of the view that this writ petition can be disposed of as under:
The 1st respondent shall consider Ext. P6 and intimate the petitioner about the outcome of the said proceedings within two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
