JUDGMENT / ORDER

Read the order dated 22.10.2009.
2. In view of the above, nothing further survives in this Writ Petition. Accordingly this Writ Petition is disposed of in the light of the interim order dated 22.10.2009. However, petitioner apprehends some other grievance in the matter. If the petitioner has any other issues in operating the tea stall, he has liberty to approach the District Collector, Alappuzha for redressal of such grievance.
With that liberty, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
