The prayer sought for in the present petition is to direct the learned XVIII Metropolitan Magistrate to take cognizance of the complaint in C.C. No. 1163 of 2012 against the accused under Sections 477, 47A and 506(ii) of IPC and issue summons to the respondents.

2. The learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
