The petitioner raised a complaint before the Revenue Officials against effecting mutation at the instance of respondents 5 and 6. The petitioner submits that this is a subject matter of civil suit.

In view of the objection of the petitioner, the second respondent shall ensure that only after adverting to the petitioner's objection, the application, if any, submitted by the party respondents shall be considered for effecting mutation.

The writ petition is disposed of as above.
