JUDGMENT / ORDER

Crime No. 586 of 2006 of Thamarassery Police Station is registered against the petitioner for offences punishable under sections 420, 468 and 471 IPC. Petitioner contended that he is innocent of all allegations made against him. The petitioner could not appear before the court due to unavoidable reasons, contended by the learned counsel for the petitioner. However, a warrant is pending against the petitioner and he apprehends arrest and remand. Hence, he filed this petition. 2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Public Prosecutor.
3. I have gone through averments in the petition. Considering the facts and circumstances borne out from records, I pass the following orders:-
In the event the petitioner surrenders before the learned Magistrate and moves for a bail, the learned Magistrate shall consider the application on merits on the date of his surrender and pass appropriate orders.
