The above appeal is preferred at the instance of the respondents 2 and 3 in O.P. No.412/2008 of the Family Court, Kottayam, which was preferred by the respondent herein for return of gold ornaments and money and as per the judgment and decree the court below allowed the O.P. in part.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the appellant and the learned counsel for the respondent.
3. During the pendency of the above appeal, this Court, by order dated 16/11/2009, allowed the parties to settle the matter. Now both the counsel submitted that the matter has been compromised and accordingly they filed I.A. No.3508/14, which is signed by both the appellants and the respondent and counter signed by the respective counsel. The terms of such settlement noted in the above petition forms part of this judgment.

4. Accordingly, in terms of the settlement arrived, the judgment impugned in this appeal stands set aside. The attachment ordered by the trial court as per the impugned judgment stands lifted.
This appeal is disposed of as above.
