Heard Sri Kshitij Shailendera, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Shashi Prakash Singh, the learned ASGI along with Sri Seshmani Mishra who has appeared for the opposite party.
In pursuance of the earlier directions issued by the Court, Sri Singh has placed on the record a communication dated 23 April 2018 in terms of which the competent authority has directed the applicant to appear at the Polyclinic situate at Dehradun for completion of formalities including the preparation of referral form in question. In view of the above, Sri Shailendra states that the applicant shall apply for the referral of his case to the empanelled hospitals.
In light of the above, nothing further survives on this petition which shall stand disposed of.
