Heard learned counsel for the applicants and the learned A.G.A. for the State.
The submission is that after passing of the order dated 27.10.2018 the applicant has come to know that he has been further charged under Section 420, 467, 468 IPC along with earlier section 3/7 of the EC Act. The earlier order was only for obtaining bail under Section 3/7 of the E.C. Act.
This application has been filed for praying for amendment in the order dated 27.10.2018 but no amendment is required in the application. The applicants have in fact sought modification of the order dated 27.10.2018.
The application treated as modification application and the order dated 27.10.2018 is modified to the extent that the bail application of the applicant made as per the order dated 27.10.2018 shall also be considered under Section 420, 467, 468 IPC.
The applicant is granted three weeks further time to surrender as per the order dated 27.10.2018 and till then no coercive action shall be taken against the applicants.
