Ref: Crl. Misc. Correction Application No.2 of 2021 Heard learned counsel for the applicant.
This is an application seeking correction in the Court's order dated 26.7.2021, where in para 2,"Section 363 IPC" has wrongly been transcribed though it ought to be "Section 376 IPC". The error is clearly typographical.
The application is allowed. Necessary correction is made in the order today.
Office is directed to make correction in the certified copy of the order, if already issued.
The order passed in this application shall form the part of original order dated 26.7.2021.
A copy of this application shall remain as a part of record of above referred bail application.
