None responds for the petitioner to press this writ petition.
Amount of Rs. 3, 29,204.45 has not been refunded and no interest has been paid inspite of several representations sent to opposite parties, hence this writ petition.
Accordingly, without entering into the merits of the case, we dispose of the writ petition with direction to the opposite parties that if the petitioner is legally entitled and the payment has not been made to him, the same shall be considered in accordance with law.
