ORDER The learned Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents.
2. The plea of the petitioner is for a writ of mandamus to direct respondent No.4 to consider the representation dated 5.11.2015 vide Annexure - A.
3. The learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submits that if a reasonable time is granted, the same will be considered in accordance with law.
4. In view of the submission made, the writ petition is disposed off. Respondent No.4 is directed to consider the representation dated 5.11.2015 vide Annexure-A and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. The learned Government Pleader is permitted to file memo of appearance within four weeks.
