JUDGMENT The Registry has pointed out a defect that the appeal is delayed by 250 days. Although an application, IA.I/2012, has been filed under Section 5 of the Limitation Act, for condonation of the said delay, no sufficient and cogent reasons have been given for condonation of delay.
Therefore, the Appeal is dismissed as barred by limitation.
