O R D E R The learned counsel for the respondent submits that he has no objection to allow the petition and to transfer the C.Misc.No.24/2016 to the Family Court at Bengaluru.
2. The submission of the learned counsel for the respondent Sri.Rajendra S is placed on record.
3. Accordingly, the petition is allowed. The proceedings pending on the file of Principal Family Judge at Hassan in C.Misc.No.24/2016 is transferred to the Family Court at Bengaluru.
