The instant petition was filed for a direction to search out missing child pursuant to missing report dated 28.09.2019.
On 09.12.2019, following order was passed:-
"The grievance of the petitioner is that his minor son Mustikin, aged about 8 years, has gone missing since 16.04.2019 and by expressing suspicion that he has been kidnapped and murdered, a first information report has been lodged as Case Crime No. 0181 of 2019 at P.S. Shergarh, District Mathura but, no action has been taken by the investigating agency in the matter.
Learned A.G.A. shall seek instructions from the police station concerned as regards the steps taken towards investigation of Case Crime No. 0181 of 2019, P.S. Shergarh, District Mathura.
Instructions be obtained within 10 days.
Put up this matter on 20th December, 2019."
Pursuant to the order dated 09.12.2019, learned A.G.A. has obtained instructions and has informed the Court that after investigation it was found that the child was swept away in Yamuna River and his body could not be found and, therefore, a final report has been submitted.
In view of the above, if the petitioner has any grievance, he may submit a protest petition before the court concerned.
With the aforesaid liberty, the petition is disposed off.
