Learned counsel for petitioner submitted that a case under Section 3/7 of the Essential Commodities Act was pending against the petitioner, while cancelling the license/agreement of fair price shop of petitioner, in which final report has been filed on 13.03.2012.

Learned counsel for petitioner is directed to seek instructions as to whether the said final report has been accepted by the Court concerned or not.
