Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the review petitioner submitted that the Board did not consider the report of the Secretary, which is produced as Ext.P14. In fact, we have already dealt with this question and formed an opinion that the report of the Secretary is considered as evident from Ext.P15. We find no error on the face of record, warranting a review.
Accordingly, this review petition is dismissed.
