JUDGMENT / ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted a letter dated 28.03.2017 to the Registry seeking to post the matter under the caption 'for withdrawal'.
2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition and she has also made an endorsement to that effect.
3. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and the letter dated 28.03.2017, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed. No costs.
