The contempt petition filed to punish the respondent herein for willful disobedience of this Honourable Court's order dated 23.11.2016 made in W.P.(MD)No.22398 of 2016. After filing this contempt petition, it appears that the respondent disposed the terminal benefits due to the petitioner by proceedings dated 03.06.2017.
