Civil Misc. Recall Application No.2 of 2018, dated 3 September 2018, supported by affidavit is taken up.
This application has been filed for recall of the observations made by this Court in its judgment and order dated 21 August 2018 against the respondent no.4-Vijay Kumar Kushwaha, Executive Engineer.
We find that though the supporting affidavit has been sworn by Vijay Kumar Kushwaha, the application itself has been filed by Nirmala Devi, who is the petitioner in the writ petition. We fail to understand as to how the petitioner is concerned with any observation made by this Court against Sri Vijay Kumar Kushwaha.
The application is misconceived and is, accordingly, rejected.
