JUDGMENT / ORDER

Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.J.Gunaseelan Muthiah, learned Government Advocate, appearing for the contemnor /2nd respondent submitted that the order of this Court dated 20.03.2017, made in W.P.(MD) No.4642 of 2017, has been complied with by the respondent in letter and spirit and he also produced a copy of the letter of the Deputy Registrar (Housing), Virudhunagar in e.f..vz;.1066/16rg dated 23.06.2017.
2.Recording the statement and taking into account the order passed by the respondent dated 23.06.2017, this Contempt Petition is closed.
