JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioner is aggrieved by the notice issued as Ext.P4 raising a demand for an amount of about Rs.4,00,000/-. The learned counsel for the petitioner confines in the prayer for satisfaction of the amounts in instalment. The petitioner shall be granted four monthly instalment starting from 30.06.2014 and on satisfaction of the same, the recovery proceedings shall be closed. The recovery proceedings shall be kept in abeyance for five months from today. Writ Petition disposed of. No cost.
